New Snowmobile Parking Lot for the 2020-2021 season!
Thanks to the Land O Lakes Town Board, we will have an area for out of town snowmobilers to park their trailers while enjoying Frosty Club trails.
The lighted parking area will be located next to The Snowflake ice rink. This is going to be provided on a 1 year trial basis, so please be respectful so that this can be utilized for future seasons as well.
Membership
The volunteers and members of the Frosty Snowmobile Club, Inc.maintain 38 miles of snowmobile trails in the Land O' Lakes, Wisconsin area of Northern Vilas County. 31.3 of the miles are Funded Snowmobile Miles. Each & every dollar of In State Snowmobile Registrations & Trail Passes and Out of State Snowmobile Registrations & Trail Passes goes into a Special Segregated Fund. Plus a percentage of gas tax goes in there too. This money is overseen by the DNR. This money goes only to Snowmobile Trails.
Each season Club Members brush, cut trees, clear new trails & sign them. Plus all winter long the Frosty Groomer Drivers groom the trails. Through a special system the Club earns a percentage of the money in the Special Segregated Fund. This helps the Club keep trails in great shape.
But….the cost of operations has increased plus there are miles the Frosty Club maintains that do not qualify for the Special Segregated Funds. The extra money comes from Club sponsored activities, fundraisers, memberships and donations. That's where you come in. Click below to make a donation.
501(c)(3) tax deductible. If you want a 501(c)(3) receipt from the Frosty Club it is necessary you contact us at info@frostysnoclub.com or contact Holly Tomlanovich, Club Treasurer at 715.617.4708
